About Us

We are a Colombian family—Susy and Pablo—who, back in 2016, began dreaming of a life abroad. We envisioned raising two children in a multicultural environment, giving them the gift of a second native language and a broader worldview. After years of planning, we made that dream a reality in 2024, as we turned 40, and moved to Ireland—drawn by its warmth, stories, and the promise of a meaningful new chapter.

With over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience, Pablo has worked in Colombia’s food sector, founding EatsyMarket.com to connect households with local producers and promote sustainable, conscious consumption. Susana has led projects in organizational culture and branding through CarameloEscaso.com, always with a human-centered and creative approach.

Though our move wasn’t business-driven, our entrepreneurial spirit quickly found fertile ground. We were surprised that Colombia—so often associated with coffee—was not equally recognized for its world-class cacao, panela, exotic fruits, seeds, and oils. At the same time, we discovered that Ireland is the third-largest chocolate consumer per capita in the world. That insight sparked a vision: to build a fair, sustainable bridge between Colombia’s and Latin America´s rural producers and Ireland’s chocolate-loving community.

Just ten months after arriving, we launched our venture—a glocal initiative that ethically connects small-scale, single-origin Colombian an Latin American producers with the Irish market. Our mission is to go beyond coffee and showcase the rich biodiversity, cultural heritage, and human talent of Colombia and Latin America. Through flavor, we tell stories. Through fair trade, we build trust. And through sustainability, we honor the land and the hands that nurture it.
